Sending the package

Shipping prices will vary depending on the courier service chosen and the country.

The shipment is made by urgent transport agency with door to door service, if you need your order to arrive on a specific date (eg birthday ...) tell us when completing your order in the Comments section.


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 15 days from the date of delivery of the order, to return it. (According to art. 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on Retail Trade Management amended by Law 47/2002, of December 19.).

In the event that the reason for the return is because the product that was sent is defective, the cost of the return will be free.

If the reason is another (wrongly chosen size or color), the costs and risks of the return are borne by the buyer who will have to send the sender by courier (not ordinary mail) the product said return.

Within your administration panel you will see the address where you should deliver the product.

It is very important that you return the exchange / return products perfectly packaged, keeping the original packaging as far as possible, and with the garment labels in perfect condition.

In the event that the products are damaged due to improper packaging, we will not accept the return.

Once we receive the merchandise, and check that all the above conditions are met, we will manage the refund of the money within 30 days.

In the event that the product has been purchased through the purchase receipt to pick up in commerce, this receipt is valid for 3 weeks from purchase. Once this time has elapsed, no disbursement will be made by us.

If, once in the store, you decide to return the product, you may not receive it at that time and it will be returned, always within 3 weeks of purchase.
